HVAC services are performed under Florida license CAC1822004 (Florida Power Comfort). Electrical services are performed under Florida license EC13013609 (MaxVolt Electric LLC).

Pricing, estimates and promotions
- Prices for repairs, installations and maintenance plans are provided by phone, in writing or in our invoicing system, after we understand the job. Website content is not a price offer.
- Our diagnostic fee and any waiver of it, coupons, discounts and promotions are subject to the terms stated when they are offered and may change or end at any time.
- Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.
Scheduling and appointments
Online booking requests are confirmed once we contact you. Arrival windows are estimates and can change due to weather, emergencies or traffic.
Warranties
Manufacturer and labor warranties are described on your estimate, invoice or maintenance plan terms. Nothing on this website creates an additional warranty.
