WELCOME TO FLORIDA POWER COMFORT
About Florida Power Comfort
Florida Power Comfort is a family-owned HVAC and electrical company based in Margate, Florida. It is run by Max and Yeika: Yeika leads the office, customer care and scheduling, while Max leads our team of technicians in the field.
We’re licensed, insured, and available 24/7 for the moments that can’t wait — bilingual (English/Spanish) service for homeowners and businesses across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade County.
Our team has seen just about every AC and electrical problem South Florida can throw at a home. That means faster diagnosis, honest recommendations, and work done right the first time.
MEET THE TEAM
The family behind Florida Power Comfort
We’re a small, family-run team from Margate, FL. When you call, you talk to us — and when we come to your home, we treat it like our own. Thank you for trusting us.
Max Anes
Founder & CEO
Max has spent more than 20 years working on air conditioning and electrical systems, and he still loves the work. He’s still out on jobs every day, and when he can’t be at yours, one of the technicians he trained personally is. Either way, you get a clear explanation — and never a repair your home doesn’t need.
Yeika Carles
CFO
Yeika keeps the business running behind the scenes — the schedule, the paperwork and the books — and makes sure every customer gets a clear quote and a follow-up call. Se habla español.
Lisabell Anes
Dispatch & Scheduling
Lisabell helps coordinate appointments and keeps customers informed, making every service visit easier from the first call.
The crew behind every job
Our technicians are personally trained by Max and work under the company’s HVAC and electrical licenses. We’re patient, we explain everything, and we never pressure you.
