AC Installation FAQ

What to know before you replace your AC.

Do you offer free estimates on a new AC system?

Yes. We visit your home, look at your current system and give you a free estimate with clear pricing before any work begins. Removal of the old equipment is included with your installation.

Are your installers licensed?

Yes. We hold HVAC License CAC1822004 and Electrical License EC13013609, so the whole installation, including the electrical connection, disconnect and breaker, is done by our own licensed team.

Should I replace only the outside unit?

Often it is better to replace the outside unit and the air handler together so they match and work efficiently. We check your system and explain what makes sense for your home.

Do I need a permit?

AC replacements in Florida usually require a permit and inspection. We explain what your job needs before work begins.

How long does an installation take?

It depends on the job. We give you a time estimate before we start and schedule your installation promptly.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing is available for larger jobs through our financing partners, subject to approval. See financing options.
